ETHIOPIA YERGECHEFFE – Medium Acidity, Light Lemon-Lime, Floral, Soft, Tea-Like, Medium Body. The coffees of Yirgacheffe have long been prized for their delicate, tea-like aromatics and clean citrus flavor. This whole bean coffee offers you an excellent example of a producer committed to quality and equality. Organic, Fair Trade, Shade Grown.

GUATEMALA ANITGUA REGION LA SOLEDAD ESTATE – Deep Chocolate Notes, Caramel Notes, Sweet, Citric Notes, Complex, Bright Acidity, Full Body.
Our Genuine Antigua Bella Carmona comes from one of Guatemala’s most beautiful and captivating valleys, Antigua. This region’s rich volcanic soil and cool weather provide the perfect conditions to produce one of the world’s best coffees. Organic, Fair Trade, Shade Grown.

HONDURAS MARCALA ESTATES – Clean, Sweet, Chocolate Notes, Soft Nutty Notes, Mild Acidity, Full Body, Balanced. COCAFCAL, or the Cooperative Capucas Limitada, is located in Western Honduras, in the buffer zone of the Celaque National Park; a cloud forest containing the country’s highest Mountain. Members are dedicated to growing, sustainable, conventional, organic and Fair Trade coffees. Organic, Fair Trade, Shade Grown.

BRAZIL SUL MINAS REGION – Sweet Chocolate, Rich Body, Clean Stone Fruit Notes, Consistent and Well Structured. Coffees from the Sul Minas Region are often touted as some of the best that Brazil has to offer. Sul de Minas is home to some of the largest coffee estates in Brazil, yet more than half of the farms in the region are small to medium-sized (10-150 hectares), and smallholder farmers have grown coffee there for generations. Due to their presence, this particular region has many more cooperatives than other regions of Brazil. Organic, Fair Trade, Shade Grown.

ESPRESSO BLEND- This is our own organic signature blend of single origin coffees. Smooth and powerful. The Espresso Blend consists of Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopian coffee beans. The result is a wonderfully aromatic espresso. Organic, Fair Trade, Shade Grown.
