We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns & Exchanges
-Returns are for even item exchange or store credit only, minus original shipping fee.
-Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to return said item to us. We will reship to you at our expense as a courtesy. We strongly suggest returning with tracking info.
-All returns must include LONE STAR BARBELL CLUB EXCHANGE FORM (sent by email on request for return).
*Failure to include LONE STAR BARBELL CLUB EXCHANGE FORM will significantly delay your return time.
-Returns accepted on items purchased 10 days ago or less.
-All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
-Sale items are final and returns / exchanges are not accepted.
-If you are returning an item for a size, color or style not in stock, you will be issued a store credit code for item amount (minus original shipping) via email within 24 hours.
-If a product arrives to you with defect / damage or we incorrectly send the wrong size / color, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you for return and item will be reshipped at our expense. Please email us prior to returning item to discuss the issue at hand.
-All exchanges will be reshipped within 1 business day after original returned item is received on our end.
-Lone Star Barbell Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address, unless the address mistake occurs on our end. Tracking info is sent on all orders via email for you to see when and where it was shipped. If the wrong address is provided and item returned to us, we will contact you.
-Any info we can provide you on lost packages will be given. Claims with USPS must be done on your end, unless the mistake is ours.
