Training Programs

Training at Lone Star Barbell Club is a simple process. We offer 3 day/week training programs in a group setting. The training programs are on a Mon/Wed/Fri or Tu/Thur/Sat rotation.

The cost is $150/month. There are no long term contracts. Every membership is on a month-to-month basis. All we need is 30 days written notice, so we can free up your training slot for new members.

Getting Started

Once you’ve made the decision to join us in your fitness journey, there are 3 steps to getting started:

  1. Pick a training rotation [Mon/Wed/Fri or Tu/Thur/Sat
  2. Pick a training time. This will be the time you train on each of the weekly training sessions. See our training schedule to pick out a preferred training time.
  3. Set up your membership. This includes signing our membership agreement, setting up payment options, and receiving your new member welcome packet that has all the pertinent information to help optimize your experience here at Lone Star Barbell.
