Training Times

We strive to be as accessible to our members as possible. With that in mind we have set up 8 training times for each training rotation.

These times are as follows:

Mon/Wed/Fri

6 am 7 am 8 am 9 am

4 pm 5 pm 6 pm 7 pm

Tu/Thur

6 am 7 am 8 am 9 am

4 pm 5 pm 6 pm 7 pm

Saturday, although part of the Tu/Thur/Sat rotation has a different training schedule

Sat

7 am 8 am 9 am 10 am 11 am 12 pm 1 pm 2 pm

So, those members who sign up for a Tu/Thur/Sat rotation would have a Tue/Thur time and a Sat time.

Example: Tue-6 am, Thur-6 am, Sat-7 am

All we do is match your training sequence from the week for the weekend. 6 am is the first training session of the weekday, and 7 am is the first training session of the weekend. So, if you trained at 5 pm on weekdays, which is the 6th training session of the day, you would train at 12 pm on Saturday, which is also the 6th training session of the day.
